HRGA Supervisor
Job Description
- Manage HR and general affairs finance, including budgeting, expense tracking, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Oversee HR and general affairs activities, including attendance, overtime, and ensure the updating of employee data.
- Supervise logistical operations, facilities management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Determining operational logistics and office hospitality needs, and manage all office inventory and legal documents.
- Arrange special events including coordinating with internal and external.
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 with 3-5 years of experience in related position
- Willing to travel to Karawang
- Familiarity with general affairs operations, including logistics, asset management, and office administration.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
