Front Desk Agent / Night Unit
Job Description:
- Welcome and register guests arriving at the hotel professionaly.
- Handle incoming calls, reservations, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Ensure security measures are followed during the night shift, including monitoring hotel premises.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including registration cards, payment details, and room assignments.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Job Requirements:

Fresh graduate or minimal 1 year experience in the same position.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Guest service oriented.

Highly motivated, creative thinker, and self-driven.
