Engineering Supervisor
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance and repair tasks carried out by the engineering team.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.
- Provide training and guidance to engineering staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards in all engineering activities.
- Assist in the development of the departmental budget and ensure that expenses are managed well.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from related field and has experience in the same position preferably at hotel operation.
- Experience supervising a team and has a strong leadership.
- Strong knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Highly motivated, strong skills and hospitality oriented.
- Good attitude & professional appearance.
