Job Description:
- Manage the entire property sales process from attracting prospective customers to closing deals, including preparing documents, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Implement digital marketing programs applied to projects.
- Conduct exhibitions at designated locations.
- Achieve sales targets set by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old, with a minimum of high school diploma/D3 education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in premium products such as real estate and automotive.
- Attractive and professional appearance.
- Target-oriented.
- Disciplined, hardworking, and able to communicate effectively.
