On Friday, June 21, 2024, PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2023 Fiscal Year and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

At the AGMS, there were 4 approved agendas, including approving the Company's Financial Statements for the 2023 financial year and the distribution of dividends totaling IDR 56.4 billion or IDR 12.- per share.  

The EGMS approved the plan to sell part of the shares owned by the Company in PT Suryacipta Swadaya.
