Karawang, 26 Februari 2020 – Bertepatan dengan 30 tahun PT Suryacipta Swadaya – Management PT Suryacipta Swadaya memperkenalkan Electric Bike hasil riset Tim Industrial Research & Development Center 4.0 (selanjutnya disebut dengan IRDC 4.0), sebuah Lembaga R&D yang dibentuk oleh Yayasan Suryacipta untuk berperan aktif dalam menyukseskan Making Indonesia 4.0 yang diinisiasi oleh Kementerian Perindustrian RI.

“Masih banyak hal yang harus disiapkan untuk suskesnya program kendaraan listrik berbasis baterai di Indonesia. Salah satunya, menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik terhadap kendaraan listrik,” Wakil Presiden Direktur PT Suryacipta Swadaya Karel Walla.

Untuk alasan inilah Tim IRDC 4.0 tergerak untuk melakukan riset terhadap electric bike, yang nantinya dapat dipraktekkan oleh para siswa SMK Suryacipta dalam merangkai electric bike tersebut.

 Electric bike yang saat ini dilakukan riset oleh Tim IRDC 4.0 mempunyai spesifikasi sebagai berikut:

Selain itu IRDC 4.0 juga mulai mengembangkan medical surgical instruments guna mengurangi ketergantungan produk impor. Karena berdasar data Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 92% kebutuhan medical surgical instruments masih impor.

Adanya peluang yang cukup besar untuk memproduksi medical surgical instruments di Indonesia, IRDC 4.0 mendirikan Startup Medical Surgical Instruments Production dengan supervisi jarak jauh dari Mr. Bern Stegmann – Expert di bidang medical surgical instruments dari Jerman. Jenis medical instruments yang akan diproduksi berupa alat-alat untuk operasi bedah seperti Forceps (pinset), Clamps (penjepit), Needle holders (penarik jarum) dan retractors (pembuka kulit).

IRDC 4.0 merupakan Lembaga R&D yang didirikan oleh Yayasan Suryacipta bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Karya ATMI Cikarang. Selain mengembangkan IRDC 4.0, Yayasan Suryacipta juga mendirikan SMK Suryacipta. Hasil dari produksi medical surgical instruments dapat membiayai operasional SMK Suryacipta

Karawang, 4 December 2019 – Today, Wednesday (4 December 2019), PT SLP SURYA TICON INTERNUSA (“SLP”), and its subsidiary PT SLP INTERNUSA KARAWANG (SLPIK”), a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) and a Joint Venture Company of Mitsui & Co., Ltd (Mitsui) and Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Fraser), (formerly Ticon Industrial Connection Plc.), conducted the Block C opening ceremony located at Suryacipta Technopark – part of Suryacipta City of Industry, East Karawang, West Java. Block C was launched today and comprises 1 Build To Suit and 5 Retail Warehouse units with a total building area of 51,330m² and was built on 53,744m² land area. This newly opened facility has been successfully filled by standby tenant.

The opening ceremony was attended by SSIA Vice President Director – Eddy Purwana Wikanta, President Director of PT Mitsui Indonesia - Motoaki Uno, President of Frasers Property (Thailand) Plc. - Sopon Racharaksa.

Research by Google and Temasek Holdings stated that e-commerce sales are expected to reach 5% to 8% of total retail sales in 2025. The growth of e-commerce will also support the performance of the logistics industry in Indonesia.

According to the data submitted by the Indonesian Logistics Association (ALI), the logistics business this year will grow around 10% compared to last year. In the following year of 2020, the logistics business will grow around 8-9%. While The Indonesian Logistics and Forwarders Association (ALFI) predicts that potential growth of the logistics business can reach more than 30% until 2020.

Indonesia's relatively stable economic and political situations in the post-election period also encouraged increase in business and investment activities, especially in the industrial estate sector. According to data provided by the Ministry of Industry, the industrial estate is expected to reach 7% growth by the end of 2019.
