Suryacipta, the developer and operator of the 1,400-hectare Suryacipta City of Industry located in Karawang, West Java. With its strategic location, the industrial estate provides direct access to “Jakarta-Cikampek” toll road connecting Suryacipta to Jakarta, Bandung and major cities in Central Java, and is also within driving distance to Tanjung Priok Port and Soekarno Hatta International Airport.

With more than 30 years of experience, Suryacipta is capable of comfortably accommodating automotive, consumer goods, data center, electronics, pharmaceuticals, health equipment, logistics, steel and metal, as well as building material industries. Suryacipta has been known as the most beautiful industrial estate, home to more than 150 national and international companies including Daihatsu, Isuzu, Bekaert, Bridgestone, TVS, JVC, GS Battery, Nestle, Kopi Kapal Api, Miwon, Beta Pharmacon and many others.

The estate owns Suryacipta Centre of Information, pioneering the integrated one-stop service center in industrial estates in Indonesia to help investors and potential investors to start and manage their investment in the country. The duty-free service is a form Suryacipta’s support toward the government’s program aimed to improve the ease of investing in accordance with SSIA’s corporate vision of Building a Better Indonesia.

In addition, the estate is now equipped with a cutting-edge Organica Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) with a capacity of 10,000 m3 per day. The construction of the WWTP began in September 2016 in collaborations with Organica Technologies, a reputable Hungarian WWTP company, to treat wastewater produced by tenants. Entering the digital era, the estate continues to innovate and collaborate with several ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to provide tenants with internet networks with unlimited connectivity.

PT Suryacipta Swadaya is the industrial estate arm of the publicly listed PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA). Launched in 1990, the company is driven by the corporate vision, “Building a Better Indonesia”, and has become the leading industrial estate developer with Suryacipta City of Industry in Karawang, West Java. Combining decades of experience and cutting-edge technology, Suryacipta has unveiled Subang Smartpolitan which will reset expectations for smart and sustainable township that can cater both business and living desires.

Equipped with experience in developing and managing its industrial estate in Karawang, Suryacipta is currently developing the Subang Smart & Sustainable Industrial Township project. Surycipta had conducted groundbreaking for the project under the “Subang Smartpolitan” brand on 18 November 2020 and has started the pre-marketing process.

Developed on an area of 2,717 hectares, Subang Smartpolitan has pioneered integrated industrial city development as it is built as a dynamic metropolitan city with a smart and sustainable concept equipped with IoT (Internet of Things)-based infrastructure. Situated around Km 89 east of Jakarta, Subang Smartpolitan boasts a very strategic location with its direct connection to national infrastructures including Cikopo-Palimanan toll road, Patimban Port, Kertajati International Airport, Trans Java toll road, railways for passengers and cargo, as well as the Jakarta-Surabaya high speed train.

TCP developed Tanjung Mas Raya housing with an area of 37 hectares located in South Jakarta. Tanjung Mas Raya is a residential area consisting of upper middle class residential and commercial area. Today, the residential area has been sold out, leaving only 2.1 hectares of land. 

PT TCP Internusa held the groundbreaking ceremony for Edenhaus Simatupang in Tanjung Mas Raya, South Jakarta, on 21 March 2020. Edenhaus Simatupang is a signature cluster within cluster, boasting a total of 41 boutique home units designed with the  garden home resort concept valued at around Rp300 billion, with a total land area of m2.
