Job Description
  • Develop, oversee, and evaluate overall F&B procedures, standards, and utilities
  • Oversee and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards across all F&B operation, facilities, services, and sanitation protocols.
  • Analyze and improve F&B product standards, pricing, quality, and vendor selection.
  • Prepare and manage budget and cost control for overall F&B operations.
  • Provide F&B trend insight and evaluate the promotional strategies with the sales and marketing team.
  • Develop and monitor training programs for F&B staff to ensure competency and service excellence. 
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in managerial level.
  • Preferably experienced in F&B management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, F&B operations, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • High integrity, detail oriented, and have a commitment to excellence
